Yesterday, at least one temperature gauge that I know of read 52 degrees.
And to think I was feeling guilty that I have only been in my job five months and already I am taking several weeks of unpaid leave.
Apparently, the weather could be worse.

*lost for words* 52?
prolly it wasn’t actually 52, but definitely up in the high forties. I wasn’t lost for words. Especially after I’d had a wine or two. They weren’t nice words though. It really is hot.
Grumpiness is not only allowed under those conditions, it is mandatory.
Ouch, 52! I’d be grumpy and a vegetable.
I don’t like thinking of you in that heat.
