You’ve just reminded me, I used to make toasted sugarbread when things were desperate. Toast bread on one side, and on fluffy untoasted side spread butter then sugar. Then toast sugary side til it goes golden. God it was good.

A foreign concept here. I’m far more likely to run out of teabags than something to go with them.

Like the six milk Lindor balls I just inhaled with my cup of coffee?

Crumpet, toasted very crisp on both sides, with far too much butter.
